I am interested to know if you were still going to make the PCB? Was hoping codeman0624 would make his AIO for the GBA SP but it looks like that project died (really too bad). I would like to make one of these if you ever find time to get the PCB made (I can imagine it's not an easy process)

Very cool build by the way. Your skills are legit.
Patience I guess ;) In the meanwhile, you could check github.

.
Been obsessing about building one of these from @abh, ever since I realized getting a hold of a Backlit GBA SP is about just as expensive.

So I've looked over the Github project. Spec'd out all the parts. Looked at Oshpark for the PCB. Looks like its going to be just shy of $60 for 3 boards. Is there a better place to get the PCB made?

The one question I had, has the safe shutdown been added to the Image? Or has it been figured out?

https://www.pcbway.com/

$5 (10 boards) + shipping (just go for the basic around $6-7, it doesnt take that long...around the same as oshpark)

create an account....
upload the file....
pick the colour of the board you want....
pay...
and wait....

you should have them in around two week (thats the average I get)

Hi whats up ive been investigated this project too and i found this post with few information about battery monitoring and safe shutdown in spw , but its not implemented in power button, you need to shortcut shutdown and power off after that.
Hope it will help.
