Great job. It looks like you designed this in fusion, would you mind sharing the .f3d files?
I've updated the first post with a new download.

The strange pillar in the battery tray was due to a boolean operation gone rogue after moving things around and has been fixed.

Right now the model is only in .F3D format – if anything else is needed, just post here.
Here's the new files in .STL format attached for anyone interested. Thanks @neolith!

I'll create all the other formats I had before once I have a little more time on my hands.

I've updated the first post with a new download.

I've added the missing details to the cartridge tray. They were not needed for a GBZ, but someone using the model for reference might have need for them.

The new download comes with .F3D, .SAT, .SKP, .STEP & separated .STL formats.

Sorry that this took so long, but I was quite busy.

Wow, great job and thanks for sharing! I'm tempted to print this :)

I noticed a minor difference in the latest STL file compared to earlier versions; the pins to hold the rubber buttons for X&Y are not there anymore.

Yes, I removed them for v60 as they collided with kite's SAIO.

hi Neolith

thank you for sharing these design files, they're very helpful to work out helper parts.
I am in fact working on assembling my Kite Super AIO (after a year) and am enjoying the process.

As a long time Fusion 360 user I'm glad I could access the whole timeline.
I've made a couple minor changes to reflect the XY buttons positioning based on the included Kite's outline (which I patiently managed to close and extrude 1mm). The screw posts are also out of alignment, so I've modified the couple I used for my button wells adaptor.

Hope you guys can use these designs. I've also made some studs to facilitate drilling the holes for such buttons, but I don't have them printed so can't test they really work :)

Enjoy

I am glad that you could make use of the model! :)

The timeline is a bit messy, as well as the whole structure of the model – I hope it didn't give you any troubles. This is the first model I've ever done in Fusion 360 and I am afraid I am lacking experience.

We've all been there. Actually Fusion 360 has been my first real parametric CAD software. I've watched a ton of videos about Inventor and then Fusion came out and since I'm a Mac user I went for it.
My first model was more than just "messy"

I hope I can make some progress on the display cutting jig and adapter.
Your measurements are slightly off there as well, but I can probably fix them once I'm at it.

Messy or not, this is an incredible achievement and one can only learn from your approach to object design.
I wish more folks in here shared the fruit of their labour rather than going straight to selling 3d prints :D
