Holes for XY buttons and one PSP1000 joystick
The drilled holes for XY are 10,5mm. The holder is not yet glued, later he gets one or two drops epoxy. It fits really well for tests.

Where did you get that holder? It looks real nice and very functional. I would like to get my hands on one.

I can not give you the step files from the 3D-parts for improvements. Only .stl is allowed on this forum.

Here are two drilling jigs for the XY buttons:

This is my holder (20-014-01) for the XY buttons and PSP joystick. Part 20-016-01 is an insert for the holder, it is a drilling jig (same size as the PSP joystick).

I hate "clicky" buttons on mobile devices. So I have to use rubberdome buttons for the shoulder buttons. Same principle as the gameboy buttons, silicone with conductive bottom surface. I made a video "Buttons-final.mp4", the sound is important.

My Gz should be able to lie flat on the ground. The holder is like the idea from kapakai and smoothoperator: http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=2899

On my version the battery should be under the trigger buttons. So I made smaller version. The final will be white, glued with some epoxy. The snap clip need some rework, so I upload it later (one or two weeks). The battery has a capacity of 2,5Ah. It feels very good in hand.

For my screen opening I used a milling jig, the idea is from HoolyHoo viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2715

In my china DMG-case, the aspect ratio was a little bit different. So I changed the jig and changed the side faces to 2mm. My screen sourround has 2,5mm.

If it works, everything is fine. The middle joystick is a little twisted.

Next step: wait for Kites board.
