Looks overall very clean. Are your X and Y buttons properly working? They look a bit too deep in the case... ALso, those back buttons are from Erik_Gee?

Hope you fix the freezing issue.

Cheers.
They are the same buttons i use in my kit that i sell, but no he didnt get them from me haha I like the diy look of it though! Yeah those buttons can be a pain to get the right distance. It has to be in enough so that the stick outside as much as possible, but be far in enough to the case that the lip of the cap doesnt hit the case and prevent it from clicking. It took me about 6 different prototypes just to get the right distance on them

The battery life is really increased a lot and the I/O to the SD card after the system has loaded, is as simple as writing the metadata of the game session when you exit.
I can further save by desactivating this but i love the last played feature, and i’ve heard about a total time played feature but didn’t find it (but didn’t actually really took a deep look). If i cannot make the total played time feature to work, i’ll simply desactivate metadata, this will saves more power, more writings and exit load faster.

I know this probably isn't the best thread but Im new to Gameboy zeros and i was wondering how you can get the status bar at the top with WiFi and battery life?

this is done with Kite's SAIO board and a special script that loads at the system boot.
