One question... what settings did you use for the 640x480 screen? (overscan-wise)

Did you cut the shell or put it directly there?

I worked out the shell with a grinder, cut the metal case from the screen. It is important to move it as far as possible to the left side, to eliminate the black border.

Do you mind sharing the 3D data for your Screen Bracket with the buttons and Joystick?

I can see an original cart PCB inserted
Was it trimmed? or it just goes all the way through without interference from the back board?

Yeah its trimmed at the shoulder button back board
