What is the toggle/button under the D-pad for?

Where do you have the Micro USB from the atmega32u4 going to, I see it's going to the Raspberry Pi, but which pins?

I'm having issues with my Tinkerboy 2.1 detecting a gamepad.

The data test pads on the back of the pi.
