Finally got this done. Just want to shout out to the whole sudomod community, you guys are seriously awesome. When I started this I didn't know how to solder or what the hell sudo meant. I know a lot more know and it's all because of this community. For me, the process was worth it. I learned everytime I "broke" something and subsequently had to "unbroke" it.

Obligatory specs (nothing special)
Gearbest screen, no mod needed
Tinkerboy pcb v2.0
Powerboost 1000c
Cambles safe shutdown
Sixteenbit screen and button bracket
Helder megabat
I decided to go no usb (I'll likely never use it with the Pi0w)
DC barrel jack
Charging and charged LEDs in the top of the cart

It's nit as clean as many others on this forum but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
