Re: Gameboy 3A+ SPi screen HDMI out
really nice build (again)
how does the Power boost perform with the whole set up....
(any lightening bolts)
also any images/pics of the button PCB and arduino micro setup....
and how is the HDMI out done (as the port on the RPi3A+ isn't anywhere near the edge of the case)
Thank
.

Re: Gameboy 3A+ SPi screen HDMI out
Powerboost 1000c can easily handle the pi3a+ and spi screen ( backlight draws only 80mA ,rpi maxed out at 700mA when playing n64 ), arduino micro is glued to the button pcb from back side hence the cutout in back cover battery compartment, hdmi extension is made from connectors wired together.VeteranGamer wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2019 6:05 amreally nice build (again)

...very nice! Does it has a fan inside...? My Pi3A+ only works with fan cooling.

No fan just the heatsink seems to do the job but back cover gets warm to touchlightpixel wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2019 12:40 pm...very nice! Does it has a fan inside...? My Pi3A+ only works with fan cooling.

Looks great . Really nice build. I haven't desoldered my A+ yet but it seems like that cart fit will be tight and require some trimming !
