Did you hotglue the screen bracket?

No hot glue only transparent epoxy

Nice work. Can you explain the button and D-pad spacers? Did you find the button/pad a little loose and was button spacer used on all 4 or just x and y? Was the top LCD bracket glued to the LCD? Thanks.

Spacer for X and Y is needed as screen bracket sits on small edge of the front cover. D-pad spacer is there to prevent it to rattle. The top lcd bracket is glued to the sides of front cover only.

Looks good, I printed the top and bottom screen brackets out to have a look at them, I have another Circuit Sword coming, maybe I'll give these a shot. Thanks for sharing.
