Is a 56 Pin DPI adapter, the price for the screens we like to pair them with are 30-35 dollars but they are worth it,
I plan on making a video comparison with other screens so you can see the difference.
Game Gear builds need a bit more love from the board makers and aftermarket case manufacturers to go mainstream, but I like those builds a lot!

is that a 40-pin dpi adapter? i just picked up an adafruit dpi kippah on ebay for a couple bucks, and i have been thinking about what kind of build to put it in, and a good screen to pair it with. at the moment, a pi4-based game gear is the idea that's been occupying my head-space the most. i don't want to go too crazy with the screen price tho, but around $30/35 usd might not be too bad. yours does look pretty slick :)

.
Is a 54 pin DPI adapter, works really well with that 640 by 480 screen, the quality difference is crazy!

Game gear needs some more love from board makers as now there are not many boards made for it! :(
