Can you tell me if we can use smartphone vibrator with Retropie and Gameboy Zero W?
Just to have some vibration of Gameboy when playing.

I don’t think so... the emulators should be programmed to send vibration according to actions in the game and i really doubt there is such a feature in it... but you can put one and make some script to catch yourself each button press to make vibrations feedbacks but i highly doubt this will make some interest...

Might be possible to have a rumble motor which is activated by the audio. You could set up either a low pass filter to catch the low frequency sounds and activate a rumble or a volume based rumble. Would take some tinkering but it should be possible without code if you make a little circuit.
