Banggood power module

Hello everyone!

I recently bought the power supply from banggood and I run into a problem...
At first I hooked everything up and the power supply worked liked a charm!
Except my USB hub didn't work... Rewired the USB hub and tryed again...
Only for a split second the blue led would turn on and no more power came from the power supply..
Desolderd the wires coming from the power supply to the power board and it was just battery and the power supply so no shorts could be the fault.
Still when I turned the switch back on only for a split second a blue led lights up
I'm out of ideas... Did I fry it allready?
Could anyone help me?

Yes and that's the weird thing!
When I turn the power switch the light just flashed blue and that's it... Is my battery empty?
I also plugged in the USB to charge it, the red light turns on and that's it.
Does it turn back on when it's fully charged?
So many questions I know

leave the battery to charge (red led will be on when charging) when its fully charged the red led will turn off and the green led will light up...

try it fully charged, and see if that makes a difference....

leave the battery to charge (red led will be on when charging) when its fully charged the red led will turn off and the green led will light up...

try it fully charged, and see if that makes a difference....

Had it on the charger for a couple of hours but still the same results
Anyone else have a clue what the problem can be?

Edit: the battery has a overcharge protection.. Can this be a problem?

Havent been modding Zero's for about 9 months now.
Sorry for bad English.
Short story:
Seems like the power module has to be "activated" by connecting micro usb to it and remove the micro usb, to get power out from usb and blue light on.
Anyone else experience this?

Long story:
So i decided to take out this Banggood power module and charge the lithium batteries i have for these projects, everything worked fine and i could charge the batteries when batteries was fully charged i decided to use the battery and the power module to charge my cell phone (took out micro usb from power module) , but it did not charge the phone, no blue light from power module, tried to connect it to different things using usb as power source.
But after some attempts, i also connected micro usb to power module, then the blue light turned on, i removed micro usb from power module, blue ligth still on, phone charging, removed micro usb from phone, reconnected, blue light and charging.
