Any way to shrink the screen display on GBZ?

Post by mcgiggins » Tue Mar 06, 2018 5:52 pm

Greetings. I just completed my first GBZ build today, and am wondering if I can make the image displayed on my screen a tad bit smaller. Wondering if anyone has done this before, I'm sure there's some snippet of code in a config file that could probably do it.Image
As you can see, if I could shrink the image just a bit, it would fit perfectly and I'd feel more comfortable putting my screen protector on. Thank you.

Looks like you could have trimmed the screen out a bit more. But...what you are looking for is in the config.txt.

You'll see some lines for left right top and bottom overscan as well as a disable_overscan=1

You'll need to remove the comments(#) and adjust the numbers for left right top and bottom. After rebooting you'll see the changes. Just adjust accordingly.
