Heat Sink

Post by Kmencini62 » Sat Apr 21, 2018 6:21 pm

Can you put a heat sink on the pi zero and still have it fit in the GBZ case? If so is there a link someone can lead me to buy the right size for the chip.

I bought the generic pi-hut heat sink which fits the Pi Zero, its about 6mm thick so depending on your placement can definitely fit in the case.

I've also been thinking about placing the pi on the metal cartridge shield in the case on top of a thermal layer to distribute some extra heat so you can run the pi overclocked, but I haven't tested it out yet.
