Ok, I think it must have been the SD card somehow because I got a new one today and did all the same things ive been doing and it seems to be working.

Got a new SD card today and did a fresh install of everything and now it is all working!!! So excited to be finishing this build up and having it at %100. Thanks for all the help and I will be uploading to the show off corner soon.
