So my luck of the draw in the Amazon Screens was as below.
I have seen one other post of someone with this card, but no resolution.
I don't have a tester so I was hoping someone here had luck with this card.
I believe the 1117H is the key, but I don't know if it's either the 2 pin (middle) or the 3 pin (right side, or bottom... depending on how you see the image) pin which is the 5v.
And I'm not sure if like in Wermy's video I can just link the red wire to it, or if I need to desolder the red wire and just solder it to the pin.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

That looks correct. That one looks like a 3.3v regulator and looking at a similar chip the 5v input is pin 3.
