What’s wrong with screen

Post by Jdrkangl2 » Sat Apr 20, 2019 9:50 pm

I am not sure what’s going on but I just completed a kite circuit sword lite build. Everything is fine except there are weird blue shadows all over the screen. Any ideas?Image

Check your soldering, it'll be one of the pins

Soldering on the pi itself?.....I checked all the pins and they look good :/

I touched up some of the soldering and reseated the ribbon cable multiple times. Still the same problem :(

Ok there is def one pin of blue not soldered, you can see it by the blue bar having 'blocks' on it.

This picture is of the bottom of the board, rework these (the ones highlighted in brighter green, there are 5x of them). Do the same for the other side of the Pi, but remember that the image will need to be flipped
