One Butten not working

Hey guys,

I finished my Gameboy Zero Built according to the original guide (i liked the competition since i have never done something like this).
Everything works fine, just the "down button" does not work, although I can measure that current flows when I bypass the buttons on the board.

Do you guys have any idea on what to try to find out why pushing it is not recognized as a pressed key.
