Greeting,
I am having two problem if anyone please can direct me of how to solve this :

1.i have a composite screen and want to do 5v mod, I just not sure if Ineed to solder the xl1509 chip pin no.2 to input voltage. If anybody can advice please help.

2. To check whether the the 5volt is measure at xl1509's pin no.2 and screen working I inject it with 12volt and put a video player signal in the av 1(yellow cable). But nothing reflect on the screen.

Can anybody show the problem for no 1 and 2 thank you

Check out screen variant #7, it has the modifications it looks like you will need to make

@GordoPie thx for answering. I did the mod without the wiki at the end of december, just out of curriosity and just try with all risk.
luckily i Did it and the exact same way with the wiki u send.
