Screen 5V Mod Help

Hello everyone.
So I have another board variant that couldn't be found on the Wiki, so I want to ask for your help.
How do I proceed from here?
Searching for SK-243-Main-V5.1 didn't show me any results, so I can't provide a datasheet for now.
Let me know if I can share the Aliexpress link here or if I can provide any further information.
I'm not sure if I did this correctly, but measuring with a Voltmeter while the display is lighten up, I could find the following voltages.
Not sure what it means though, since I have zero experience in electronics. Does this mean that I can only connect this to the 3.3V pin on my RPI Zero?
