Need help with screen!

I got the screen from amazon that almost everyone else has used, (the backup camera screen) and it seems I got a new variant that isn’t on the wiki page. How would I go about getting this to work with 5V? Or is it already compatible? Thanks.
Edit: If you need more close-up pictures please ask and I will do so.

you need modify to 5V
