Multi button presses Helders AIO 2.2.

My gbz is about 8 months old now and I've had this problem from the start. I'm not sure if it's getting worse or I'm just getting more frustrated with it.
Button presses will register 2,3,4 presses at a time.

I've reprogrammed the board several timesusing a usbasp detailed here:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1228

No change. I don't think it's the membranes because it's not a certain button. Every button except L/R does it.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Which hex file did you use? The one on the first post of that thread or the one in my sig that includes battery monitoring?

I used the ones from his post under "new hex files".
I didn't know you had others.. lol
Will yours help my buttons? I don't really NEED a battery monitor so I'm not going to make additional mods.

Yeah give mine a try as it's even better. It doesn't matter if your not using the battery monitor part. Just use the hex.

Ok so I used yours and yes it's better. A lot better. But I still notice it jumps 3-4 presses occasionally when using the dpad. Before it was every button, now just the dpad.
Any suggestions?

I would suggest to swap out the silicone membrane even though I know you mentioned you didn't think it was possibility, especially if its the dpad giving you problems.

@Hoolyhoo,

I didn't notice much difference between the arduino leonardo and the new hex, only that it recognizes now as ''keyboard''
Wich is on itself very usefull to get out the blue menu's where previously needed a keyboard..
But i don't notice better response of the buttons ? my aio pads are clean and all having brand new rubber pads.
Sometimes there's no press or delay, idk what's going on there to be honest.
@ Robochris, I also noticed the 3-4 jumps with the dpad, when i'm in retropie menu for example and press 1 time it hops down few rules..
I will reflash it and see what it does after that..
Also gonna connect the wire for bat monitor since i've found out how to get it done in combination with camble's shutdown.

/edit, Reflashed and cleaned the pads twice, now works great.. idk it meight have been the issue, meight not.. but it's ok
