How to secure screw posts

Right now I am trying to secure the screw posts on top of the LCD screen and need some advice on what to use. I have used hot glue on my other GBZ and the post's spin after a little, so im looking for a better solution. I unfortunately can't use wermy's 3d printed screw bracket since the driver board for my screen is in the way. I've tried an epoxy like glue and it seemed to work, I just couldn't get the screw holes and post's lined up. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Thanks.

Really, an epoxy is going to be your best bet here. Hot glue isn't strong enough to keep the screws from turning the posts.

The first GBZ I built I did a little differently than Wermy did. I srewed the posts (just the posts) to the back of the case and then epoxied the metal bracket to the posts with the back of the case still attached. Once the epoxy hardened (I gave it like 12 hours) I colored all over the metal bracket connecting the screw posts with sharpie and then placed the two halves of the case together and held it firmly for about 15 seconds. When I pulled the two halves of the case apart the sharpie had left me a perfect imprint on the back of my screen of where my metal bracket needed to be glued into place.

Depending on the components you used you may need to back the screws out just a tad to make sure it's a nice tight fit between the bracket and the back of the screen. that way you can be sure that they press together firmly when you close the case up.
