Unknown BW screen board?

Well I ordered a typical BW screen:

Now it turns out that I can't find a board online that is like mine. I don't know how to get it to work with 5 volts and so I'm wondering if someone knows or at least can provide me a circuit diagram.

Does someone even know the website url of the company?

I think this tread shows the same screen, you could try what is shown there? Browse the forums a bit, I know i've seen topics with that screen board:

Yeah what rodocop said, I believe I've seen it around as well. If I had to guess it's probably that chip in the top left surrounded by the capacitors. Try seeing if you can look up the name on the chip on google
