I think I lifted the pad highlighted here. If I jump the two traces before and after the pad will that work? If not how can I fix this?

Just looks like a straight connection, so you can just probably jump a wire on the two pads.

EDIT: IGNORE THIS ADVICE. I thought the white line was a trace, it's solder mask.

According to this post, the pad you ripped off is ground, so try connecting -ve on your speakers to microphone ground, and see if that works.
