Gameboy speaker wiring...

Hi

I'm just wiring up an old DMG speaker to my GBZ but both the wires are yellow..
one has some writing on it so am i safe to assume that this is the pos wire??

You have zero risk at inverting a speaker cable. They are too small to allow you to hear the difference.

With bigger speakers, in stereo mode, you break the phasing, one speaker may be pushing while the other one is pumping, this leads to power loss (decibel). When you know that every +3dB you double the listening distance, it makes a huge difference.

But as i said, in our tiny shitty speakers in monaural, no matter.
