Sudden screen noise?

My screen suddenly started looking funny, kinda hard to describe but you could see noise when its all black. It did not happen before but now it is. Did I damage something?

Check the wirings ? Try to reroute the cables as they might be catching interferences ? EMI shield the composite signal cable to prevent noise catching ?

Hmm alright ill try a shielded cable but this did not happen a few days ago. Thanks for the suggestions.
