Sourcing parts for my first build with kite’s new board on pre-order and I found this battery. From what I read on this forum it should work and is pretty cheap. Will the new board’s fast USB-C charging be an issue? What do you think?

I found some that were thinner but with a big drop in capacity...like 1000-2000 mAh. I’ve read in the forum that <14mm should easily fit.

Yes thinner than 14mm will fit... from 12 to 14, you will need to grind the AA cells separators down bottom the compartment.

I got the same one. Wrap a little more kapton tape around it and it fits with no case mod and no movement.

Out of stock

Anyone find this battery elsewhere? For some reason, batteries that fit the GBO case are near impossible to find.
