Original size Gameboy screen for Gameboy Zero Project

Hi everybody,

I am looking original size Gameboy display screen for my Gameboy Zero project. I don't want use 3.5 inches. Can you suggest any fit display screen? Please, No GPIO screen.

So why don’t you use a 3,5” screen without cutting the case and just play with the overscan settings ? :roll:

Thank you for your information. But it is very expensive and I looked on the internet. however, i did not fount cheap one :(

adjust the overscan settings in config....

you will need to adjust it a fair bit.....

NB:image is just shown as an example, these settings wont be suitable for you

Let me add the result of my low photoshop skills to VeteranGamer's example - this will look in this way:

So you can buy simple screen and set up the size of displayed area.

Ok, I understand everything and this is a good idea. I learned extra information. Thank you, but I don't want to cut Gameboy shell screw points. Therefore I want a fit screen.

Then your only real option is one of the SPI screens...

And I think you may only be able to get the 2.4" to fit without touching the screw posts...

I appreciate you've already said that not a route you wanna go down, but with what your requiring it's the only option...

Widen what your will to have and you'll have more options....
