Problem with PCB

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my button PCB. I soldered it straight to the Pi following this diagram:

but Retropie doesn't recognize anything, see pictures:

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Retropie won't just recognize them right off the bat. You need to install retrogame. This is the guide I always folow, your gpio wiring is different but it shouldn't be too hard to adjust the code. Or just switch the wiring.
