Usb Audio Wiring with PJ-325 Jack

Please can someone post a clear, complete and detailed diagram of how to wire the Sabrent usb audio with:

-Potentiometer B103 (5 leg one)
-Adafruit 2.5 ClassD amp PAM302A
-PJ-325 Jack
-Adafruit speaker

one of the best wiring diagrams are the below from veterangamer
i used it, it is for stereo speakers and has a different headphone jack but you can just use it and attach one speaker, pick left or right and i am sure you can look at the above picture you attached and work out which connections on the headphone jacks to use if its left or right.
