Just got this new screen from amazon. Different from any other screen I have gotten.
Has anyone else gotten this screen and had it worked before?
New screen not found on wiki. Please help.

Re: New screen not found on wiki. Please help.
I can see from the picture it has a rzc2013 voltage regulator the same as on brigghius's board a few posts back.
According to the spec sheet it can take 4,75 to 27 volt, maybe brigghius can confirm his screen works on 5v (or not).
The two screens have different pcb's but share the same regulator so his experience could be of help.
The spec sheet is in my response at his question.

So I shouldn't need to mod it to work?Wailer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 3:40 pmI can see from the picture it has a rzc2013 voltage regulator the same as on brigghius's board a few posts back.

Just try on 5v and see what happens. It won't hurt to try. Worst case it needs to be modded. Best case it just works.

Rodocop is right, just test it.
If it doesn't work just check the spec sheet provided earlier to do the mod.
Leave a message if you need any help with that!

I know how to make this work with certainty. Do you have a multimeter ?
