Retro pie software / Configuration

Hello,

I need some help.
I want to put a map called "Circuit-Sword" add on my retro pie sd cart.
But i can find any program that can add a folder into a sd cart like windows verkenner in windows.
I found reader programs etc but no program that i can add some folder.
Do you know there is a program for windows...???
(i dont have internet install on the sd cart because the module is not detectable.

My second question / option is.
I will install the "retropie-4.4-rpi2_rpi3-wifi_CSO_CM3_20180603-154410" made by kite.
Everthing is working wifi, screen.
But i found a full install on the internet 32gb full of games and covers etc.
But the screen is not working (standard on hdmi) and the wifi module is not detectable.
Please can someone help me to fix this, let me know!!!
