make sure the aio board can run first! you can plug into computer for test.thx
Try this one by soldering a usb cable to the board and plug it to a computer.

How do I make sure the AIO is getting power?

I had assumed that if the power strip was supplying power to the Pi and to the screen that the board would be getting power as well.
computer usb have 5V power, plug it to computer and then go to the contrl panel
can test it.

Do you use a USB A to A to connect it to a computer?

Edit:

I attempted to connect the board to my computer to no avail. Here is what I'm looking at:

computer usb hub can supply 5v ,didn't use 3.7v battery for test.
plug it into computer usb hub then go to the control panel to check it.

I tried it not using the battery and just using a charger, still not recognized.

I had actually purchased two of the AIO from RGN a few months back. Just tried the other one and it also doesn't seem to work. I am obviously doing something wrong, but don't know where to begin. I'm using this guide:

EDIT

The other AIO works, it's just that my computer won't recognize it. Strange.

Contact RGN might be a bad hub chip or need a reprogram.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.
