RetroPie not recognizing board

Post by highfiveconnoisseur » Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:14 pm

I got one of Helder's boards from RGN. I have tried plugging it into my computer and I get nothing, and it is not recognized by my pi. Any ideas?

I tried another board I got at the same time and when I plug it into my computer it shows in device manager up but doesn't recognize it as anything.

In case anyone finds this with a similar problem. I talked with Helder on Discord, sounds like my board needs a reprogram. So I'm probably going to send it back to RNG. In the meantime hopefully, the glitch'd gaming board gets here soon.

You can easily reprogram it yourself in Arduino IDE. Via USB or the ISP header.

Im having the same problem, it's not working for me. I've gone through the steps, done the manual upload, moved the Joypad folder into the Libraries folder......still, i get nothing working.
