Kite circuit sword lite No boot problem.

Hi, I just finished my kite circuit sword lite today and am having problems.
From what I can tell it is a Kernel Panic error. When in tester mode it looked fine until about 10 round then it would freeze. I thought this was just it shutting off after it was done testing. But when I booted into "normal" mode it would freeze up when I turn it on. But only sometimes. I have tried it with a new SD card. Same thing. I have also tried formatting the SD card (over wright mode) and flashing a new copy of kites software. Same problem. It seams to work more when it is plugged in.
I have gotten to play one game of Tetris it so far. From what I found it is a SD card problem. But other people say down-clocking the CPU fixes it. People say this worked because it was reducing the power draw. I talked to a friend of mine about it and he said right off that it looked like it was freeing because it was not getting enough power.
