ili9341 screens and pi 3a+

Im just hoping for a tutorial on ili9341 screens I tried juj's fbcp-ili9341 but was a little confused and it didn't work, is this still the best one or is there a more up to date way?

try this.....

the instructions are for a Pi3
if you decide to use a Pi Zero, just change -DARMV8A=ON to -DARMV6Z=ON
check your wiring is all correct.....
and that connections are solid.....
and
if you follow the instructions you shouldn't have any issues....
if you do...
just come back ....
