Gameboy Advance CleanAmp Pro - no Sound speaker but headphones

Hi I soldered my cleanamp Pro (see picture) to my GBA.
Now there is no sound on the speakers (did work with old speaker).
If I put headphones in - sound in Headphones works.
Very strange.
Any Ideas?
We check and double checked the soldering...
