3.5" screen problem (top and bottom black lines)

Hi all I got my aliexpress 3.5 " lcd screen it has 272*480 pixel resolution. I connected it to pi zero to try but I discovered today it has empty black pixels on top and bottom. here is the picture of it.
I changed the config. txt to framebuffer as 272*480.
Do you know how I can change this to use that pixels. It is not only limited to games it also happen in emulation station system selection screen
