For the code, you can use the one I made for the Helder PCB. It is available on github there: https://github.com/oxodao/GBZGamePad
You just need to change the predefined output pins, though I wait to receive the PCB and the PSP Analog thing to add it in the code... Probably next week

Pretty much any seller on ebay does that, just order one and a tiny micro usb connector and you'll be ready to go
