The AIO Board is meant to reduce the amount of space all the components in your MintyPi would normally take up by putting it (as the name suggests) all in one PCB. It handles Button input, LED control, Power Input, and uses your Pi Zero's 40-pin GPIO header. Although it is optional, buying an AIO PCB will save you lots of time, especially if this is your first attempt at tinkering with this sorta thing.
Seeing as how Helder is shipping internationally, and to the US, he more than likely ships to Hawaii, but it may be at a different rate compared to other states.
