Camble, is there any reason why the board would stop working? I will try and reinstall the python script tomorrow but it's just cutting power when I turn off now.

@DarrylUK Impossible to say without seeing it. Check your /boot/config.txt has the dtoverlay line and your wiring is correct. Install the modified script I've linked at the start of the thread.

I reinstalled the script, then checked config.txt. Somehow the last 2 characters had been deleted from the line in config.txt! I must have accidently deleted them when editing the file one time. Works fine again. Cheers.

When I shutdown using the switch it seems to initiate a shutdown, however I'm getting the attached on a low battery.

Is there anything you can tell from the photos?
