Im waiting for a quote for a larger number from my manufacturer. These are fully assembled boards. If it make sense at 100pcs Ill see about ordering. The testing is very positive with my added filtering. SD cards what wouldnt work initially all work perfectly with this version.
Ill post back here when i have more information.

Ok mates, maybe I have some problems.
I've made try with an already installed system and it works. Maybe not as well as I thought.
I've tried to make a fresh install of the system and that fail !
I think my wiring is not as good as I thought.
With the SDCard directly in the Pi I've got some 4Mo/s writing.
With the SDCard in the cartridge, I've got 1Mo/s until error.
I don't know why.
@prerunnerseth : any idea ?
I soldered each wire to the 2 pins.
What about your extra filtering ?
