If it's going to be too expensive to ship to individual users in different countries, maybe you could send a few to one person who then distributes to others in the same country? Just a thought.

I was asking 1461748123. But @wermy has a good point I am in the states as well Davenport, Iowa and it would probably be cheaper far to do a bulk shipment.

Yes that's what popcorn decided to do, will cut off a lot of cost!
