MintyPi V2 Bare Kits (Sold out)
Hey guys here is what some people have been asking me for a few weeks now, the mintyPi v2 pcbs for those people who claim to have every part needed except these (why would you buy other things if the main parts aren't available is beyond me )
So these kits DO NOT HAVE THE LCD OR THE BATTERY MONITOR CHIP, so you will need to buy an LCD and attach it yourself, this not something I'm offering help on and will not provide any kind of refund if you mess the boards in an attempt to solder the Pi or LCD on. This project is a DIY project and involves some soldering skills so if this is your first time doing such a project I suggest getting my practice boards and use those before try it on the real thing.
The kit is pictured below, if it's not in the image it's not included.
LCDs you can get for this project:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2-4-inc ... 77290.html <BEST BET
Battery Monitoring Parts:
Now for the battery monitor you can get a complete BOM and order it for real cheap but YOU MUST SOLDER IT ON YOURSELF, download the BOM then upload it to the following link:

BOM FILE: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... nitor.xlsx
Test PCBs from OSHPark, get both pcbs from the 2 links (I don't sell these):

Price $25!! plus $5 shipping WorldWide and paypal fees (a little over $1)

Re: MintyPi V2 Bare Kits (Limited Stock)
As I write this 6 left, I won't be doing another run of these as v3 is soon approaching.

Re: MintyPi V2 Bare Kits (Limited Stock)
I have bought and received all the parts to add the battery monitor($3.43 for all of the parts and free overnight shipping...WHAT?) and they are a lot smaller than expected, but I still feel like I can solder all of the parts. I was just wondering if you were going to have a video or a really detailed macro photo for all of the parts. I dont know if they need to be in a certain orientation or what, but some help would be preferable.
Thanks!
Alex

Re: MintyPi V2 Bare Kits (Limited Stock)
Only thing that needs to be oriented properly is the chip. U1 on the board. It will have a small divet on the top that will correspond to the circle on the u1 portion labelled on the board. Resistors, caps, and ferrite beads can go either way.
Zoom in to the pic above to see what I mean about u1.

Re: MintyPi V2 Bare Kits (Limited Stock)
I just got mine. This looks amazing! Waiting for a couple more parts, and then I can finally start. At least right now I can solder the battery monitor and the Raspberry Pi on. Nice Job!
