I'm just behind you at order #1822. I haven't heard a thing, apart from an email in Feb advising me "he can't see it being much longer than a month". After 1 week I did not get a response to my email. Please tell me if my order did register corectly. It does not show in my account and I did not receive any more information after the order confirmation email.
Tier 3, Order #2302 (December 7, 2018)
Could you please give an estimate about shipping. Maybe you could provide the current state (seems to be order #1821) and how much are going out per week. So everyone can calculate when they can expect their order.
Without any information I feel a bit left in the dark. My Paypal protection in running out and if I don't hear anything soon I may have to cancel the order even if I realy want a PocketPi FE

Lol, honest question. I can see I’m fairly late to the conversation and frustration. Which means that if I secure an order now (somehow), I should suffer less? Haha.

I'd like to request a refund on my order: Order #1875 (September 8, 2018) from the Tier 1 batch. I had ordered two kits for a total of £173.00. If there is any additional information required, please feel free to PM me.
While I'm sure the product will be fantastic, I unfortunately must withdraw and formally request a refund for my order due to time constraints.

Have faith guys, sad to see people giving up hope. I've just seen on their Instagram they are shipping out another batch of kits tomorrow!
