I requested a refund on August 18th. It has now been two weeks and I have not received an email notifying me of action taken or the money. I can maybe understand some of the manufacturing delays but there should be no reason that the refund should take more than 2 minutes of clicking on a website to do.

Again, my order is #1854 please process my refund.

We collate and pass the refunds on, I have checked the list and you are on there. I'll find out when it's getting processed.
Edit: I've asked, as soon as I get an answer I'll let you know.

I requested a refund on August 8th and its almost been a month since then. Got a response from Bluup on August 9th saying that he can get this done. Still have not heard anything from bluup on this forum or galaxygaming on instagram.

Konnor and I collate all refund requests and put them on a sheet for GG to be processed. I can check if it's on there or missed. PM me your order number please.

Any idea how long the refund will take? Just realized that I just moved from one queue into another. I substituted waiting for one thing to waiting for something else

I've been waiting for a refund since may of this year. Sent messages to konnor, bluup and galaxygaming. No response from anyone
