i used PLA, it seems to be holding nicely. i would imagine it might not be the best material if you are going to open and close it a lot, but for occasional inspection or battery replacement, i think it will be just fine.benoliver999 wrote:That's really cool! This might seem like a strange question. Does anyone have any idea of the approximate time it would take to print this in PLA or resin? I've found a local place (Australia) that charges in 15min increments. Wouldn't mind knowing how much i could potentially be up for.

It takes me something like 18 minutes to print one on my Lulzbot Mini. No idea about resin... But I assume that means using SLA printing?
