Post by umbynos95 » Sat Sep 22, 2018 11:51 am

Hello,
I have a problem with my Kite's CSO.
the battery autoshutdown function is not working..
When the battery reaches 3.0V nothing happens..
How can I fix this problem?

Currently it does not shut down automatically, it's up to the user to shut down. The reason being that if it did shut down the 'power switch' is still ON so it's still running power and draining

No problem, I should probably make it clearer somewhere! As an insight, this is why things have moved towards a power 'button' rather than switch.. because with a button there is a small chip that decides if it has enough juice to power on or not and to be able to cut the power, whereas a switch is on and stays on.
