Mame4All not working on SAIO

Hi all!

After a lot of fights I was finally able to update my SAIO to Retropie 4.6.

There is a single thing missing and it is mame4all :/

When I start it it looks like this (same identical romset that was 100% working in old OS, same emulator):

Here's more data about the launch command:
cat /dev/shm/runcommand.log
Parameters:
Executing: /opt/retropie/emulators/mame4all/mame "1942b"

Can anyone help me in solving this riddle?

Sadly I have an update.

I tried to install a clean Retropie 4.6 on a Raspberry Zero and...
I get the same problem!

I was looking around and it seems like a common issue:

I wonder if anyone can help in finding what is the issue.

I would like to get more logs and dig more but I don't know where to start, the only log I found is the runcommand which doesn't help at all (no error there).
